Buying DDS pure

Yeah ive had my fun with rangers so now im moving onto low level dds/dscimmy pures.

The requirements-
60 attack
60+ str
1 DEFENCE
Any mage
Any range
1 PRAYER

I will be paying a darkbow or 3.6m cash total, Official MM will be used or you go first.
The account must NOT have recoveries, Preferably no previous passwords and a p2p pin that is unknown.
So the account is as safe as possible.
