How the world CAN'T end (Christian point of view)

PLEASE NOTE this is from a CHRISTIAN'S point of view.

The world simply can't just "end" from a meteor, or from nuclear holocaust, why? According to the Christian faith, Jesus has to come back for a second coming. And to come back, he needs somewhere to go, right? Well, if there isn't anywhere to go, he can't come back. And if he's coming back, there needs to be people on Earth, right? Well...

I agree that war is still possible, however, not great enough war to destroy the entire earth...

Also note that I DO NOT WANT A RELIGIOUS DEBATE, this is from a Christian's point of view and that's how this topic is meant to stay. If you want to try to tear up Christians, don't do it here.

Anyway, what do you guys think?

Religion is not real. It's made up. Since it's made up, it can't prove something right or wrong because they have no solid facts.

 

Well then how do you explain the creation of the world? Jesus is supposed to come back to Earth when it's about to end, according to the Bible. The World CAN and almost DEFINATLEY will end, but it says in the Bible Jesus will save us from our Sins. It does not say anything about how the World can not end.

 

creation of the world = molecular gas, over millions of years, becoming sold, then crashing into something therefore creating the moon.

 

If some crazy president is in a bad mood and he pushes the wrong button then it will, so it's really the way what you believe,

However, if it ends by a meteor or a nuclear war, then I'll laugh at all christians and say HAHA I WAS RIGHT AFTER ALL

 

I could care less if you don't want a debate, this is fucking something for all. Humans may end from a nuclear winter or some shit, but the earth will eventually be destroyed when the sun becomes a red giant and either engulfs the earth or ruins its environment.

 

If Jesus doesn't hurry up, he will miss out. Simple as that

Well according to time, Your buddy Jesus has about 500 million years to get here before the sun puts any human that hasn't kill eachother to a terribly bloody death.

 

Also according to the Bible, he was supposed to come back a long time ago. I remember a verse saying something along the lines of, "Some of you will still be here when I return (to his disciples).

 

The world will end when I turn out the lights.. Actually, its obviously going to end from a a bunch of nukes and the radiation fallout.

In that context it might have been referring to when he came back to his disciples after his death, it says in the bible he visited them before he returned to heaven.

 

It's obvious... the world cannot end if there is supposed to be a second coming and it has yet to occur.

 

And the world isn't over yet is it.

 

Has to be real, We won't die from Global Warming, according to our bible it said, "god promises not to flood the earth again", we could die from Global Warming, because it's burning away our o-zone layer, thus melting the ice = Sea Levels Rising, we are doomed, We won't be here when it happens though.

 

how do u prove jesus made earth and the things on it? because a book said so? that book has more lies then michael jackson did when he was on trial and said he didnt touch those boys. lol

 

The world is ending in 2030 when that meteor hits.
