66-70 range trainer needed (pay upfront+supply)

I'm paying a highly trusted trainer (WITH VOUCHES AND PROOF OF TRUSTY-NESS) to train my pure from 66-70 range. I'll pay 3gp per exp and since this is one of my first posts, I'll pay upfront. I supply the Dhide, food, arrows, knives, whatever you need. I'll need it done as fast as possible and if it goes fast I might throw an extra 100k in.

You have no vouches at all, or anything for that matter. I'm new to the forums so I don't know how trusty you could be. In your case I'd have to transfer everything off the account, and not pay all of it upfront. 1) Howlong would it take you.. 2) do you HAVE too pc? I'd rather the hp exp.
