Just got scammed

by the people at BuyLoLSmurfs.com clicked on the multiple paged thread created by Vigank pushing his website and continuously bumping it. I paid close to $30 for an account. The information was not correct. I tried contacting people on the website multiple times with nothing. I then said I wanted a refund since this wasn't going anywhere. Nothing.

It's only when I started a paypal claim I heard back from him with some botted message:

Hi ****,

This email confirms that you have received a refund on the following order.

Then a following email that said:

"Why do you want a refund? We do not offer them as all sales are final."

I then explained my situation again for the 3rd time. and have yet to hear a reply and it's been about 6 days since then.

No idea what paypal is going to do, hopefully they can get me my 30 dollars back. But I don't think these people should be pushing their website on other people who literally just wanted a smurf, especially when they advertise for 24/7 customer assistance

 

@Surrealalone your going to be told to follow this How to Report a Scammer; Report Templates + Video Tutorial and use screenshots instead of copy nd pasting stuff.

Sorry for the inconvience this may have a caused you. I brought this issue up to my admin when I first saw this thread. Unfortunately with some issues they can only be dealt with over email/ ticket system, so that is why this took so long.

You have been refunded fully now, and apologies about the wait. I was going to ask for a screenshot to show proof of this from my admin, but I never got one. If someone wants the SS I'll bother him for it again. If you continue to have issues pm me, post here, or contact via email again please.
