FrostyBoy94 is a scammer

Explanation of the trade: I was purchasing 60m in OSRS and went first over paypal.

How they scammed:The seller asked me to send it as a gift and I did. After he received payment the first time he said that he did not receive it as a gift and then refunded me. He then said to send it again as a gift. I sent payment for the second time after receiving confirmation of the refund for the first time I sent it (I'm assuming he'll use this receipt of refund as some sort of way to back up his claim that he never gave me the gold because he refunded me). After sending the second payment he told me to meet him in game and then sent a message saying he "traded" me, but I never received a trade. After this he never responded to any of my messages.

Proof that it's their Skype: No definite proof. I PMed them on here and they sent me a request on skype. His email is [email protected], so mabye that will be linked to his sythe account.
