    If you have a report, can you please put it together in some readable fashion and staff will sort through it. As of now, I have close to no idea what you are trying to portray.

    So yeah, closed. If you're going to make a report, make an actual report saying everything that needs to be said in a coherent manner. When this is done, I and other staff will review it and I assure you it will be dealt with properly.
