Should we end the war of terror?

I know this is a highly debated question--just figured we could debate some here--should we evacuate our troops and simply end the war? Explain your reasoning please!

 

well, If US removes troops there will be no oil for that country so they kepp fighting coz of oil. Bush tells us he just want to free those nations!

And if Bush stay attacking countries they'll just fight back coz it's their country. So I think it never stops.

 

i agree it's a never ending battle, it will continue no matter the advancement's. We are trying to help rebuild there economy in the proccess. It's a long proccess

 

Its not a war on terror. We have other reasons to be there.

 

Bush should let the country sort itself out. Islam is about peace, if they really follow their religion, the terrorists will help their country instead of destroying it from the inside.

My opinion on why he wont :

Hes greedy. full stop. he wants oil. oil = money. Money is the cause of the war. however, after the attacks on the world trade centre, and on britain, iraq must be retaliated against, or bush would seem weak.

Bush should withdraw, but he can't.

Yes, we should end it. We are accomplishing nothing, and are only creating more enemies.

 

Exactly we really have no reason to be over there. Sure it's nice to help other people but htis is just anyother way for Bush to further his own gain, but hey it will never end the world is corrupted and greedy. But I guess thats the way it will be.

 

I watched Borat last night and it shows one of the few reasons bush is making troops stay in Iraq
