E-gold Question

1) I heard that you can use a "visa gift card" as a "visa credit card". Is this true?

2)If the above statement is true, how do i use the "visa gift card" to get e-gold money?

3) If number one is false, then how can i get money onto my e-gold account by mail??

4) Can anyone trusted give me e-gold money if i send them money (plus 2%) by mail?
