I'll train you're range in F2P if you supply the arrows, armor and ammys.

Costs:

-before 40: 10k per ten levels,
-from 40 to 60: 20k per ten levels
-from 60 to 80: 100k per ten levels
-from 80-90: 75k per level
-from 90-99: 200k per level
