Reporting FanOfSythe

Story: I posted I was selling a Green H'ween mask (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=221914) FanOfSythe contacted me and I sold it to him for $100. 2 Days later I got chargebacked.

Check the thread to check the date I sold it, its the exact same day I received the $100, also he vouched that he bought it for $100.

Prove that the paypal that reversed the transaction was his, and he'll be banned.

I have no reason to have him banned if he didnt scam me. If I succesfully sold a green h'ween mask for more than its value...why would I report that person. Also, I think its very weird that that $100 payment is the only $100 payment I've ever recieved, and it also got received the same day I posted that I sold the mask. Anyway here is some..info from an email he sent me, is his IP in here?
