Buying a main!

I am buying a main that does not have recoveries. If it is member, I suggest you give me the correct agreement number used, if you say you don't have it i will not buy from you. I want every single bit of information on the account. I suggest that you provide me with the correct information seeing how I will check it.

Note: I will not do 50/50, I will get an official MM, I will make sure I do not get scammed. If he does have member status left, I will not buy it. He must not be a member anymore. I will set new membership on him immediately. He may not have recoveries and he may not have a bank pin. If you do add me on msn I do not wish to speak to a complete idiot/asshole so if you talk to me talk to me straight and not like a complete dumb ass.

What the account must have:
99 in at least one stat ( I don't care which.)
70+ range
Must be level 90 +
Strength must be 80 +
Must have good skilling stats, at least 70 in a skill.
Must have Dt done, Monkey Madness, and legends quest complete.
Must have stats good enough to get a Fire cape.
