Account banned, reason: presumably hacked

hey i've been an on and off user for almost a decade now, and recently have gotten back into osrs. When i tried to log in my sythe account, which username and password i still know, and hasnt been changed for years, it says that i've been banned for the reason: presumably hacked. Can't create a new account cause IP is associated with it and therefore cant post for it in other subs. Admins pls help, i can provide any details

try post in this section, Account Recovery & Creation with all the relevant details that the stickies ask for. Clear your cookies/Use a different browser to access other sections. (think that's how its done) If your account scammed when being hacked you'll have to refund the scam before being unbanned.
