Merlins Crystal?

I droped the bat bones and said the wrong word and when the spirit attacked me i ran and when i drop em again it dosnt appear.. Anyone know what to do?
Already tried going to the crystal but no luck

 

im sure if you read a tutorial of the quest like on runehq or tip.it they will explain how to get it back

 

I heard that Merlin's Quest is currently bugged, I don't think it was for this though. Check RuneHQ /Tip.it as Triggers Down suggested
