Yes you do to complete rfd, you have to do every quest which is the 10 sub quests and the last quest which involves 185 questppoints, the Monkey madness sub quest requires 70 cooking, then you can move on to the last sub quest, but to get barrows gloves you need to complete the 9 other quests...... "tell me thats not true"
