Quick question

Is it still against the rules to use someone elses donor rank without their permission? I know you used to have to ask permission to use a rank that someone else created.

For example, my $1,000 rank and this users rank are the same, but he never spoke to me about using my rank @Felix Felix now I'm not saying I want him to remove the rank, but I would have liked if he at least asked me before stealing my rank as that was a rule at one time and I'm not sure if it still is a rule. Could someone clarify if this is still a rule?
