It isn't fair. I sure don't know most of the story but I think it's like charging a doctor for manslaughter if a surgeon accidentally kills the patient during an operation.

It appears to me that Michael took too many of the drugs prescribed. It's kind of like selling someone a gun and getting charged when they kill somebody, although I'll have to do a little more research on it. In my opinion they should just take away his medical license, or whatever it's called. Which will also surely ruin his life.

If he was negligent in his distribution of the drug, then yes he deserves to be punished for it. Any time the safety of another human is placed in your hands through a specific career field, there will be procedures and guidelines that need to be followed. He didnt, and that played a role in MJ's death.

Not saying that I liked MJ or anything, personally I think he was a scumbag. But the doctor screwed up according to the testimony of several other medical experts.

This was a very stupid ruling. Had it not been Michael, it would have never played out this way.

Firstly so tired of hearing about mj. Ever since his death people been trying to make one final buck off his name. Secondly i think it's ridiculous that the doctor is receiving a bigger fine, quadruple the normal amount i beleive, whereas if it had been a normal person, nobody would give a damn.

The doctor was being paid millions; he's set for life.

4 years in prison won't hurt him too much.
