Tips:
Liberty Reserve is completely free and extremely easy to use. You would need to add funds to it buy using sites such as eforexgold, and then send those funds via eforexgold to liberty reserve. Liberty Reserve does not require and credit card or bank account linking. Once that is done, the trade can happen.

 

Is .75/M a firm price? considering your saying we have to buy atleast 125M.
