Offered the most, won the bidding, it was time to finalise the transaction. Unfortunately once I've told him he won't log until payment is received and picked in WU office, the conversation completely died for 48 hours, I think it's enough time to inform me he's resigning from bid instead of ignoring my notifications. I'm requesting TwC because I don't think people should threat or take his offers under consideration. Requirement to remove TWC is collecting successful trades, so I think it's good way to detect if he'll stay trolling the offers or will be actually interested in being legitimate member of community
