Can every body tell a way that i can make some good money from it with low or no requirements?

There's always cutting/buying oak logs, turning into planks north-east of Varrock and then selling on ge. I did that a lot to make my first few mill

 

Thats like... one of the oldest methods in runescape. I remember hearing that at like level 50.

Depends on your starts and what you want to do.
Above mentions are good.
Green drags is click intensive & CB, but faster than skilling for the most part.
wcing on the other hand, is a very relaxing skill & I also enjoy it, as I can browse the Internet and do other things.
Also, RCing is probably one of the best way to make money long term. Other than Zulrah/Bossing

 

Long term I would aim for zulrah but if you're looking for something that barely has any requirements then smithing cannonballs isn't to bad.

 

I just can't stand woodcutting, fishing or mining. It's so mind numbing

Meh. If you're just standing there watching your character, yeah, it's mind numbing.
It's the ultimate way to watch movies, anime, work, etc etc

 

I see what you're saying but the only way I've ever been able to sit there and grind like that is by blazing chronic and watching movies/anime. I don't blow trees anymore and can't deal with the repetitiveness
