Scar doesn't work! Help!

Hello, here is the problem: I downloaded the latest SCAR. I downloaded latest SLR version and all other plugins. I downloaded some well known scripts, such as Wizzyup Essence minner. Use { and } to surround all of the players in the DeclarePlayers procedure that you aren't using. They will turn green.
