Guide 1.Okay This Is A Quick Tutorial On How To Turn The UAC (User Account Control) Off When Using Windows Vista.
1.Click "Start"
2.Click On "Control Panel"
3.Click On "User Accounts And Family Safety"
4.Click On "User Accounts"
5.Click "Turn User Account Control On Or Off"
6.Untick The Box That Says "[] Use User Account Control (UAC) To Help Protect Your Computer"
7. Then Click "OK" And There You Have It UAC Is Now Off On Your Computer!








Okay this is How to Send Messages Trough out Your Network

1.Click "Start"
2.Type in "CMD" Into The "Run" Box (Windows XP/Me/2000) Or Type in "CMD" Into The Search Box (Windows Vista)
3.In the Command Prompt Type in "Net Send * YourMessageHere"[Without The Quotes!]
* Please Note That This Is Considered Malicious “Hacking” If You Use It in School or Business or Cooperation Networks






This Is A Guide On How To Make Your Local Account The SYSTEM User

1. Login to your XP box as a non-privileged user.
2. Open up a command window (run cmd.exe)
3. In that command window, have the system schedule launch another command window. e.g. (at 20:00 /interactive "cmd.exe")
4. When new window opens, kill explorer.exe in task manager and Close the first Command Prompt, but leave the other one running
5. Open explorer.exe using the command "cd.." in the new Command Prompt
6. Congrats, you're now running as the SYSTEM user - you have more power than 'Administrator'!



What Is VoIP and What Is It Used for?

Voice-over-Internet Protocol, better known as VoIP, has been around for a while.
Now that more people are using high-speed DSL or cable modems, many companies are offering free VoIP access on the Internet with many calling and messaging options to choose from.
VoIP converts the telephone's analog audio signals (your phone conversation) into digital signals that can be transmitted over the internet.
This revolutionary technology has grown in popularity because it enables you to make free phone calls using your computer.
Since a VoIP phone call is computer-to-computer, it also requires you to have a sound card, speakers and a microphone on your computer.
Most new computers include all these features in their standard package, so you may not need to buy any additional hardware.
You will also need a fast Internet connection, preferably DSL or cable.
A dialup connection is not well suited to providing high-quality VoIP — the sound quality isn't as good as DSL or cable and video isn't even worth trying.
For free computer-to-computer calling, both parties need to use the same brand of VoIP software.
Many VoIP companies offer their software for free.
Search the Internet for “video phone calls” or ask those you know who are using VoIP which software they're using.
If you use instant messaging software, check if they have a video chat capability you can enable.
I use Skype, a popular free service whose software can be downloaded and setup in just a few minutes.
After creating a buddy on your buddy list you can make your first call.
You can also use the Internet to search for inexpensive webcams. I like to wear a headset/microphone combination. Both my webcam and microphone plug into USB ports.
Making a video call is simple, just like in instant messaging. The Skype menu allows me to see when my friends are on-line.
I click on her name and the software “rings” her computer. When we are both connected, the software will trigger our webcams to start.
The video starts in a small window, but I have the option to expand it to full screen. My face remains visible in a small window so I know where my camera is pointing as I chat.

3.In the Command Prompt Type in "Net User TheUserYouWantToDeleteHere"[Without The Quotes!]
4. Press [Enter]





Tip3
1.Click "Start"
2.Type in "CMD" Into the "Run" Box (Windows XP/Me/2000) or Type in "CMD" Into the Search Box (Windows Vista)
3.In the Command Prompt Type in "Net User TheUserNameWhosPassWordYouWantToChangeHere"[Without the Quotes!]
4. Press [Enter]
5.Enter A New Password for That User
6.Confirm the Password
7.Press [Enter]

I Will Try My Best To Help Everyone On Sythe.org No Matter What Their Problem Or What They Need Help In Is. I Am Very Smart Especially When It Comes To Computers Seeing That My Older Brother Is a VoIP Engineer and He Works For the U.S.A Government, If You Guys Vote Me for User Educator You Will Not Be Disappointed
