From my understanding if he doesn't want the refund I should refund someone else on the forum who has been scammed, which I am more than happy to do, if a mod could please direct me to whoever needs a refund of 15m (or multiple, I guess.)

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I recovered the account I had sold to Kookos for 15m, in which I was banned on the account 'Detective' for. It was a poor decision in which I completely regret, as I shouldn't have deceived him like that. A few months later I neglected to refund him and made an account to evade on instead, and was caught a little bit after that.
I would like to ask for forgiveness as I am trying to take responsibility for my actions. I know that vading was wrong and that it ruins my chances of being pardoned, but that is fine. I would like to add on the account 'zac' I had accumulated over 50 vouches (Zac's Vouches) in which I was trusted with a lot more than 15m. Looking back I am ashamed for deceiving someone basically no reason and then evading my punishment without facing the consequences. Unfortunately Kookos has moved on from the game but as I stated before I am happy to refund any other users who were scammed.
