PokemonGO botting

How is the market still alive? Didn't bots die when unknown6 was in the process of being cracked back in August? I would've assumed that most accounts caught botting have been terminated by now but apparently not?

 

All of my botted accounts were banned after the anti bottling update. Most other accounts were banned aswell but I'm sure new and bots have arrived since the last mass bot banning.
