banned?

When i try and login to my account, i been banned:

username: Killsheep0

How was I trying to scam, I bought some runescape money off the internet to buy a runescape account off here, and PayPal limited my account, anyways here is the screenshot, the person who banned me shouldnt be a mod, they need evidence to ban someone! I didnt do anything wrong, and now i will have a bad rep!
