-Note- Jagex has fixed the 76K trick, so this guide may not be much help to everyone.

1. Log Into a PVP World. ( NOT A BOUNTY HUNTER WORLD.)
2. Bring Your Risk. (76K+)
3. Follow this picture to the Beacon and climb up the ladder:



(This is a Hot spot.)

-NOTE-[42 Construction Required] You have to build a ladder to get up there.You Will need a:
-Hammer
-2 Regular Planks
-5 Nails of any kind
