i'm moving in 6 weeks...

I have a girlfriend, i have friends, i have everything i've ever wanted
but now i'm moving at the end of july
i have just this summer to spend with the people i love
then i'm alone.

i am... sort of a bizarre person...
i'm fairly excited about moving... except that i will have to lose my girlfriend

i wan't to move, don't get me wrong. but i love my girlfriend more than anything.
she knows that we've got to split once i move,
sure, there will be many, many more girls where i move [nevada] than there are here, but i don't think any girl could ever replace the one i've got...
this is the only thing i am dreading

yes, from now until then, i am going to spend as much time possible with her as i can, but that's only going to make us fall even more in love with each other...


i don't want advice on how to emancipate myself or anything


i'm just asking for support, or how should i manipulate my mind/emotions to not really get so upset about this


please help me out... :'(

well the same thing happened to me last year, even though i didn't want to move and where i moved (indiana) is the most redneck you can get. i'm sure you will be fine i had a girl i loved a lot to. Just spend as much time as you can with her. Things after you move seem a bit boring and sad but they tend to get better. I still talk to my old gf and we are best friends i can talk about anything with her. Even though you probably can't be with her i bet shes a great listener about your new stories to where your moving you can be best friends. So don't worry and good luck on the move

 

sorry man.. i guess i would say to just have fun while you're still there and spend as much time as possible with your friends and gf while you're there..when you move talk to her over phone/internet or whatever and maybe ONE day you'll be able to see her again haha. stick in there buddy

she's the most perfect girl for me i have ever dated
we've been dating 9 months and have never been in a fight or any serious argument [non serious arguments would be "superman VS batman"]
i try to be with her as much as i can
[i'm moving to a fast-paced place. things arent gonna go slow (las vegas)]

it's so hard to believe i'm leaving

jord, i will definitely come back here to visit, probably spend a good few weeks here, but that's still only a few weeks
i know she will most likely not get a new boyfriend for a while [not because she's unattractive/ dumb, she has very high standards] i may have a girlfriend by then, but i like i said before, my girlfriend can never be replaced

i will find her when i'm an adult.
i hope :'(

i'll explain why she can't be replaced

she will do anything i want to do- by this i mean, she would do ANYTHING with me, if i wanted to go dirtbiking, she would be ecstatic about it. 4-wheeling, skiing [she actually skis, not snowboard]
she's not the typical/stereotypical girl, she doesn't "shop" like most girls do, she shops like a guy shops (mom: how about this shirt? her:yeah sure whatever)
she is a blackbelt (she can take me down :X)
she's beautiful without any makeup
she would never leave me for somebody else
we get along perfect
i have never been unhappy since i've been with her... only unhappy thinking of the future...

we're both into the same things (anime, martial arts, EVERYTHING)

Always keep in touch with her, like I keep in touch with my old friends that moved away.

 

i have had to mvoe 16 times in 13 year cause my dad in active duty military i keep in touch with my friend thru myspace suggest you use that to keep in touch never lose your friends dude you will never forgive your self just meet up with them when you 18 or something

Also your not stuck with only one option you got choices, so that one girl might not be the one.

Anyways, when I first read it I just zoomed on through and at first instead of friends I thought it said kids lol.

Anyhow!, ive moved a few times myself and it does suck. Just hang out with her as much as you can and keep in touch with her and your friends. Just like everyone else is saying, maybe at 18 you can meet up again you never know!

This is what you should do:

First, make a website.
Then, get an AdSense account.
Then, get money off the AdSense account, and get enough money to support yourself; e.g. rent a cheap paying-guest apartment, etc. Who knows? It might just work.

That's just a suggestion, though.
