need ranged trainer quick and easy

Hello i have a pure and i need its ranged trained.
FOR THE JOB ILL PAY 3-4 M

I need its ranged to 70
it is currently 59!!!!

But im paying good for the job so..ya

i can do i just need some info, did you do the quest to get into ogres? and i can supply, and i have some requirements, you MUST have a bank pin or atleast nothing valuable in the bank and you MUST have recoveries. ill do for 3.5m i can get done quick if members and pretty fast in f2p maybe 3-4 days f2p. or less.
