Where should I train/auto?

Here are my stats:



I'm currently at monks and have been here since 40 str. I don't plan on getting more def until a lot later (10 at most) and I was wondering where I should train 60-70, 70-80 and so forth.

 

if you three item it id go with the guards by draynor

 

Won't work. No guards in Lumby incase I die and if I'm 3-iteming then most likely I will die even on a full inv of sharks or lobs. Wouldn't take too long.
