I am buying a range/melee hybrid with very specific stats. This is what I'm looking for:

Attack: 40
Strength: 60+
Defence: 1
Ranged: 70+
Prayer: 1

The account must have these stats and can not have recoveries. Levels in anything else do not matter to me. If the account does not meet these requirements DO NOT waste my time please.
