Infraction dipsute

@Tmoe gave me an infraction/warning for "excessive bumping"

I don't know if I actually did bump more than twice in eight hours, I'd stopped checking the date of my last post since they added the feature that doesn't let you over-bump. So if I did over-bump, it wasn't me fault as that feature clearly didn't work as intended. Would like this infraction to be removed, in the future I'll double check my last post date just in case the anti-bump feature doesn't work again. Not sure if infractions/warnings are the same thing but either way I don't like having one for doing nothing wrong.

It's also worth mentioning that I was banned last week for having 7 infractions despite only having 3, I think it was Tmoe who issued the ban. Not sure if he has it out for me or what, but regardless I feel THIS particular infraction is unjustified since it was by no means intentional.

If possible I'd like a mod besides Tmoe to handle this
