Stat requirments:
1. 52+ pray
2. 70+ att
3. 70+ str
4. 70+ def
5. 70+range
Item requirments:
1. Full Gunthans and Full Karils and bolt racks
2. Full karils and full Initiate for prayer bonus
3.or just have blk d hide and full intiate that works too

i understand if you dont trust me because i dont have any vouches, i have just started doing this for ppl i have gotten a fire cape on 3 of my accounts, the 3 item requirments are the three ways i did it,
