    I wish too have a refund for my quest order of 179 quest points including vengeance and turmoil and barrows gloves as you placed a maximum dead line of 17th/7/2012 and said you would do it in 3 days on the Wednesday 11th/07/2012 and now it's Thursday and been over a week, and I'm frustrated as you said you would complete it and do quests and have only completed 88 quest points when i started at 77 quest points in the whole time period since i paid 420m rsgp

    As stated above my internet was out, also you didn't pay for 179 quest points you paid for a specific list of quests which have already been worked on before I lost access to get on.

    Your order was only partially paid for, another order took precedent at the time, I will get in touch with you sometime today.

    We are all caught up and I have paid the remaining fees, I didn't realize it was my fault due to I had skilling to do. He was understandable and explained to me perfectly what had to be done. I'm probably going to be paying for him to do a quest cape next.. he is very fast and is great with customer support.
