Okay heres the deal, he claims he is "cold fairy" in game who has 206m+ yellow and 2 purple hats. He will NOT use mm or go first for small increments no matter who you are (official mm) or not. Trade with caution. I suggested mm and small increments and he insisted on me sending 200$ claiming and canceling then paying, smallest trade he would do is 100$, so he has the gp just no common sense.
