I believe I should get my gold back.

i am typing this today because I believe I should get my 900M back. So yesterday I got scammed by someone named dons and he tried selling the gold to bas, but bas anti scammed him because dons scammed someone named coltz. Coltz then got the 900M because he got scammed 186M 07 scape earlier this week. I then got told by dons because I think he felt bad (I was selling gold to buy a flight to see my gf.) have screen shots and proof it was 900M and told bas and everything and he said sorry but he already gave the 900M to coltz and Chloe said there is nothing she can do. I understand coltz is their friend and stuff but we are forgetting the fact we know that 900M is my 900M. Just because someone gets stolen $100 doesn't mean the next $100 received from a criminal is their $100. I totally understand he's their friend but imagine if it was the other way around? I'd be told it's his 900M and they're sorry. I wouldn't be fighting over 900M if I didn't need it. I just need to pay for this flight.

I'd like to see some mods look into this, i feel like you are entitled to your gold back, not someone else who was a scammed friend.

 

I was speaking to my friend and he told me he believes i should as well because they know its my gold and its confirmed from the scammer himself and i have provided proof its mine

Was there a scam report by this "Coltz" individual which was vetted for the 187M 07 claimed?

Since you have a valid scam report and it was counter-scammed by Bas, you would be the one entitled to the refund (as it was your gold being counter-scammed).

 

Can we all please talk about this? I want to get this cleared

I don't think he'll be getting anything back, from what I see Bas had permission to counter scam and also refund the user he did for the full amount, which he has done. There is no more gold to distribute.

 

I would start saving up or asking friends for a loan, I don't see anything coming from this.

 

I just think its unfair. Would it be fair if someone stole your BMW and the robber gets caught and just because the person who got robbed before had the same car, they give your car to him to replace his? I understand theyre friends but come on man

Whoever dealt with this dealt with it extremely poorly. Why was your gold given to another scam victim? This doesn't make any sense at all. You're entitled to the gold that you lost, not another scam victim.

Hello, I didn't want to get involved in this but I guess I will.

Me and @Invoker were both retards and got scammed. This is both on us. I however had already talked to @basbassibas about getting scammed and we had the go to counter scam. Before he even knew about Invokers situation. Me and Bas had been talking about this scammer "Don" 3 days prior. So the second bas got in contact with him I was updated about the situation.

tl;dr: Me and invoker both got scammed, it's our fault. Basbassibas and I had no idea it was @Invoker 's gold at the time and me and bassi already had the go to counter scam him.
