I've been away from botting for quite some time now, and decided to train up a noob account. My question is, for combat training, what are the spots to avoid? What seems to be the most risky spot? Current stats are 60-72-47. Should i grind out 70 attack and def to dharok NMZ?

I see you decided to do ghouls to 70s.

May I ask what you did from 1-50~, before ghouls?
