Buying membership 10-15 dollar! no CC

ok, heres the story:
i cant use pins, jagex blocked it too me!
now, i will pay u 10-15 dollar with paypal,
if u pay the membership for me (pabycash, anything they support)

how we do it:
u tell how u pay the membership for me,
then when i get the e-mail from paybycash,
i send the e-mail too you then u click on the link in it,
and pay my membership.
