Fire Cape Question

If I have a fire cape and then I turn non-member, will the fire cape still be animated (I know there will be no stat effects)?

Also, in the black markets section there are plenty of threads about people firecaping for you, but how can you ensure they don't jack your account? I mean, you have to give them your password for them to firecape and then they could change the password and recoveries, couldn't they (assuming they scam)?

Yeah, they firecape stays the same.

and to the 2nd question, you don't know if they scam or not, but if you don't trust them with anything, and you make your account secure, ...you "should" be OK.

 

'Make your account secure'? What does this mean?

Is there any fool-proof way of making sure they don't change your password?

 

you can recover it if they will, and they won't change recovs immediatly if they don't know it
