I will be opening up my new service, and the title says it all.

I will be offering a 100% hand trained service. "1-99 magic only" service. I am willing to use a MM or if I deem you trustworthy enough I will go first.

As for bond costs/materials, once again if I deem you trustworthy I will provide all the materials needed or you can provide the materials yourself with increments, if you're not trustworthy we can use a MM or you can go first using increments.
