Train while you're doing something else!

Train atk/str/def/range while doing something else!!!! =]




Just have 70 def and 60 atk.







Inventory:
1k gp (to get there and back)
Shanty Passes
24 Sharks (Will last you 2 - 3 hours)




Equipment

- Replace dragon scimitar and rune kiteshelid with magic/crystal shortbow if using range.
- Replace dragon scimitar with Abyssal Whip if training defence.
- Rune Kiteshelid offeres BETTER melee defence bonuses compared to the Obby shelid. Obby shelid is only better against range attacks.
- (EDIT): Replace str ammy with an enchanted diamond necklace (not sure what's it called). It heals you when you're hp is below 20hp (?)

Getting there

1. Teleport to Duel Arena via your Ring of Dueling.
2. Run outside the fence and then south towards the Shanty Pass.
3. Withdraw your items and equip your necessary items,
4. Go through the Shanty Pass after buying a Shanty pass.
5. Unequip your weapon (thats why we have an empty inventory space) and then fly to Bedamin Camp via the Carpet Merchant.
6. Run south into this house and stand here:




Training.

The lvl57 Bandits should start hitting you if you have your cape equipped, now just minimize your window and you'll start hitting them (have auto-retaliate on).



You can use full guthans instead of Torags, but most of us can't afford it, and it's defence bonuses are slightly weaker.













Summary and facts:
Personally I have 70 def, by wearing exactly what I was wearing in the above pictures I took a total of 80 damage in 30 minutes.
So I would go maxmimze your window again every 10 minutes and eat a shark if I were you. Or if you have full guthans, heal yourself every so often.
The bandits hit constant 4 and 5s every so often.
This is a great way to train if you're surfing the net at the same time.
I gained approximately 40k xp in half an hour @ 88 str. The xp isn't the greatest, but it's alright.

Yaa, thats why I prefer to bring torags, if I died with Guthans I would lose one part of the set.

 

Somthing to add is ring of life, randoms dont hit hard so if you get low enough yull leave and not die

Thats a nice idea, but if you really wanna do something else, get full guthans and spear so it heals for you with special attack. And yes i can afford it.
