Paypal Help

Okay, so I sell shit online and now paypal wants:

Invoices
Supplier Contact Info
Proof of delivery

Idk how I am supposed to do this, it is all over livechat. Anyone ever have this issue before?

 

Well, it depends on the product you sell, your best bet is calling paypal up and explaining that the products you sell are intangible goods and therefore don't fall under paypals buyer protection to begin with.

That's all you can do really.

If your problem is in regard to a dispute that someone opened for a transaction of RSGP then you don't stand a chance.

Paypal will always take the side of the customer when it comes down to intangible goods such as Virtual Currencies.

Proxies, VPN's and other online services are a different story.
