Buying 5-10 Mil

hi....i need to buy 5-10 mil.......i only have paypal and i am sorry for that...i guess we could use an mm if u wanted..... id like to pay between 3 and 4 dollars per mil...... im sorry that my post count is tiny...but thats because A:i dont remember my old accounts name and pass from a while back where i did have post count and some rep....and B: because i dont go into every single thread and post just to get it up.... i only post when im interested in buying something... hopfully someone trusting will be willing to trade
