How they scammed: Both accounts banned. Sent Skype messages, PM's and Email. All have been ignored for more than 24 hours.

I didnt get an email for the 2nd account because I never switched anything over. I set up the first smurf and figured the second would be a back up. When I tried logging into the 2nd I received a message stating it was banned and to check the email. I can post a picture of trying to log into league with the account if you want.

 

I'll give @ELOEdge 24 hours to reply and hopefully they can offer you some kind of refund and compensation.

 

No they've been given two days via skype and 24 hours via Email and sythe PM. Enough time has been given. I also believe @OGEdge is affliated with them.

 

I've PM'd him for you @hattez.

If there is no response in 24 hours, I'll ban him. Unless you want me to ban him now, which may make communication slightly harder.

Also, OGedge and ELOedge are not affiliated AFAIK.

To be clear we have no affiliation with ELOdge on Sythe and the owner of Sythe was contacted over 2 years ago requesting his name be changed.

ELOEdge on Sythe is not ELOEdge.com (as made pretty clear by the site in his posts and you not buying from ELOEdge.com).

Do not attempt to use our sites, contact us, or threaten us with BS anymore.

 

Filled out the forms and listed the information. The ticket was closed and nothings been resolved. This is terrible fucking customer service for real. I've done what they've requested and filled out everything. I've sent emails, skype messages and facebook messages to multiple accounts listed. Im done and now I want my money back.

 

jesus christ, I literally asked if you were related to eloedge and you said we use the same ticket system.. I assumed you were connected. Next time dont be a fucking twat and just say you're not affliated.

At no point did you ask if ELOEdge on Sythe was us, you asked if ELOEdge was.
As I own ELOEdge (not the Sythe profile) my answer was valid.

Stop acting like a child as you did when we had to deal with you on the issue you had with us.

Unrelated - you bought botted accounts with no warranty thus he shouldn't be banned...

Does it mention they offer warranty anywhere? I can't seem to find them stating so anywhere.

 

This is where I made the mistake. I seen he was linked to eloedge (sythe account) and website. I didnt realize when I clicked eloedges actual link it brought me to another website (Not Eloedge) OGedge is correct for wanting the user to change his name. It's extremely misleading. I also assumed they had a warranty because I assumed it was eloedge.com

 

I'll talk to @Sythe and see if we can do something about the name.
