Buying F2P Pure! 40-45 attack 70+ str!

Must have 40-45 attack and over 70 str... For every str level over 70 ill add 100k ontop of the 1M price I'm paying.

Note: must be 1-5 defence... 1 defence = good, 2 def = 50k off 3 def = 100k off 4 def = 150k off and 5 def = 200k off..

If 31 pray I will add 100k... and 1 pray will add 500k. 43 pray I wont add anything.

So if you have a pure with say... 40 attack, 80 str, 1 def and 1 pray you can make easy 2.5m...
