I'm inclined to believe a lot of the "uncomplete" reports are legit.
Also.. you've been ban evading since it appears 2011, I'm sure you were well aware of the pardon section.

When you can actually take the time to work out who you've scammed and (more of your profiles if you have any) then you can try and pardon and pay back all your victims.
