combat circle clans

me and 2 other players( Zarro27and Blindrage202) are making 3 clans that are connected through the 2 stats, prayer and hitpoints.
i am the leader of the magic portion.
Zarro27 is leader of the melee porion.
and blindrage202 is in charge of archery.

these three people are 2nd in command in the circle the 1st in command (the genarals) are the hitpoints leader and the prayer leader.
but we still need high leveld people to be the leaders of hitpoints and prayer.
