In Houston B.c. A young man was killed by an officer 2 years ago. Then in vanderhoof B.c. another young man was killed by a rookie officer. What do you guys think about rookie officers? They need more training. I personally think "rookie RCMP officers" need a cop with them at all times. When there own duty for about a year. Please search Ian bush in google.
