43 prayer, Gold bar, Ball of wool, Monkey corpse or Monkey bones (either one is fine, just kill a Monkey on Karamja), lots of Antipoison potions, Ring of dueling OR Amulet of glory, Food, Prayer restore potions, a good Weapon and Armor or items to kill a level 195 Demon.
