The newbie question...

ok i wanna learn to make simple rs clients. i just wanna make one with a tab that says words then thers f2p and p2p then f2p high... and so on but i dont know anything about the programs i need to make such a ting and i want to make a client like this so that i can acomplish a simple one then make beter ones until i made the perfect one for me. because most of the clients people make are cool but have a flaw in it somewere. so plz help?
