frozen/unlocked xbox drive

I have a copy of my eeprom right here. And when I try to use xboxhdm to re-lock the drive it says its frozen. And it has a thing that says "Try swiching the ide thing off of 'automatic detection' for the primary IDE slot.

If anyone has any ideas how to relock my xbox hard drive with another program or somthing. I have the hd key and password in a text document. I need to relock this drive so I can use it.
