Explanation:
"I purchased this for $450 from divica they said its 100 percent safe as there irl is oo and will refund if any problems. had it for 2 months no problems as of yet." - Lacoste

This was confirmed by Divica: "Account was bought from us, original owner is my IRL friend."

The refund guarantee was made by Lacoste that if anything went wrong with the account it would be refunded by Divica. If Divica didnt agree to it, he shouldve corrected Lacoste.vAs there have been problems with the account bought; it has been recovered back by Lacoste and the bank cleaned. I would like a full refund of money spent on the account along with GP bought from Divica that was put on the account.

Since @Divica claimed the original owner is a friend of him, he should be able to assist in returning the account. He will not be forced to refund GP on the account though that's ridiculous. Anybody in the account transfer chain could be responsible for recovering the account. Also there's no evidence of valuable items on the account at the time of recovery.

I will wait for input from Divica.

I told him to post here as this was a dispute on OSBot, we just don't have the same policy as you guys. Divica sold the account, user bought the account, resold it. Now recovered it and now he has a non-secure account that he paid a lot of money for, as he thought divica was responsible. I told him to post here as he may have a shot since your guys policy is different. The account was returned a few days ago as Divica said, but just wanted to make sure he was completely out of his money as the guy is just going to keep recovering the account, so he will never actually have the account, since divica sold it to a scammer and gave him all the recovery information.

 

That's an unpleasant situation you're in. Unfortunately that's the risk you take when you buy an account that has had multiple owners. The fact that Divica states that he knows the original owner doesn't mean that he takes full responsibility for what happens with the account. It only helps you get the account back in case of a recovery. Lacoste might have said that Divica takes full responsibility for the account but if Divica didn't explicitly agree, there's nothing I can do.
